By accessing or using Studio Viktor Breki's website, services, or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with these terms, please do not use our site or purchase from us.
2. Product Availability
Our ceramics are crafted with care, and while we strive to keep everything in stock, sometimes our hand-crafted items may sell out quickly or take longer to restock. We do our best to keep you informed about availability, but we can’t guarantee every product will always be in stock. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify an order if an item becomes unavailable.
3. Account Responsibility
To make a purchase, you may need to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your login details confidential. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away, and we’ll help you get things sorted.
4. Order Process & Payment
When you place an order, we will confirm receipt of your order via email. However, your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received. Payments can be made through our secure checkout system via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
5. Pricing & Billing
Prices for our products are as listed on the website at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice, though any changes won’t affect orders that have already been processed. Taxes and shipping fees may apply depending on your location, and these will be calculated at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship your ceramics as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary based on your location and the availability of items. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey. While we take every care to pack your order securely, we’re not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party shipping services.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new ceramic item, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If your item is damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily guide you through our return or exchange process.
Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design are to be expected and are not grounds for returns or exchanges. But we’re here to help if you’re not fully satisfied with your order!
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Studio Viktor Breki and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality ceramic pieces, but we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products, delays in shipping, or any errors on our website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you’ve bought from us.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that arise from the use of our services or website will be handled in the appropriate courts in Iceland.
