At Studio Viktor Breki, we’re proud to share our handmade ceramic pieces with the world! Whether you’re in Reykjavik or across the globe, we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping from Iceland to anywhere on the planet.

1. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, whether it's Europe, North America, Asia, or beyond, we’re happy to ship our beautiful ceramics to your doorstep.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Each piece is handmade with care, so we might take a little extra time to ensure everything meets our quality standards before it leaves our workshop. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and Iceland Post to get your order to you safely and efficiently. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but generally, here’s what you can expect:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • North America: 7-14 business days

  • Asia & Australia: 10-21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on customs processing and local postal services.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible while ensuring that your ceramics are safely delivered. You’ll see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we ship from Iceland, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

6. Packaging
We take extra care in packaging our ceramics securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All our items are carefully wrapped in protective materials and packed in sturdy boxes to minimize any risk of damage during transit.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website. Please note that it might take a little time for the tracking information to update once your package is in transit.

8. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate the situation. However, please note that we cannot replace or refund lost packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Return Shipping
If you need to return a product, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us first to initiate the return process and receive instructions.
