Refund Policy for Studio Viktor Breki
Thank you for shopping with Studio Viktor Breki! We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchases, whether online or in-store. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below.
1. General Refund Policy (Products)

Eligibility for Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund for any ceramic products purchased either online or in-store, provided that:

The product is returned within 14 days of the original purchase.

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is provided.

How to Return Products:

Online Purchases: Please contact viktorbreki@studioviktorbreki to initiate a return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for sending the product back.

In-Store Purchases: You may return products directly to our store at Eiðistorg 13, 170 Seltjarnarnes. Please bring the product along with proof of purchase.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or in the form of a store credit, depending on the circumstances and customer preference.
2. Course refund policy
All course admissions can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

Longer courses: Due to the nature of these courses we can only offer refunds at the minimum of 14 days before a course starts and in the form of a gift card. 13 days or later the booking is considered binding. However, it is possible to transfer your booking to a friend or family member before the course start date if you’re no longer able to attend. In this case, you would arrange payment between yourselves. Please let us know who will be taking your space and their email address.
Once a course has started, it is not possible to transfer your booking to someone else. -
Weekend courses: With 10 days or more notice, we can offer a refund in the form of a gift card or transfer your booking to an alternative weekend course for you. 9 days or later, the booking will be fixed and only a name transfer will be possible.
- Wine&Clay: With 6 days or more notice, we can offer a refund in the form of a gift card or transfer your booking to an alternative weekend course for you. 5 days or later, the booking will be fixed and only a name transfer will be possible.

Gift Cards: Our gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for both products and courses at Studio Viktor Breki and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

For online purchases, please send us photos of the damaged product along with your order details.

For in-store purchases, bring the product back to the store with the receipt for assistance.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for products in new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. To exchange an item, please contact us via email or bring the item to our store.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective as a result of neglect from shipping company or post service. Please provide pictures of packaging.
